You’ve been chipping away at your loan and you’re ready to pay it off. You can contact us at (800)-628-2265 and you’ll need to supply the following information:

  • Your Account number
  • Payoff date
  • Where the payoff is going (i.e. attorney, title company)
  • Fax number to where payoff is going

What is an escrow account? An escrow account is an account you fund each month as part of your total monthly payment. We use it to make property tax and insurance payments for you. Items like mortgage insurance and flood insurance may also get paid from the account.

Escrow accounts are usually required when your down payment was less than 20%. But even if it isn't required, they can be very beneficial. You would make combined escrow and mortgage payments every month and rather than having to remember when your property tax and insurance bills are due, we pay them on your behalf. 

If you have an escrow account with us, we want to ensure you understand exactly what’s involved in the payment. Give us a call at 1-800-628-2265 and we will provide an analysis for you and answer any questions you may have.

Loan status is updated each weekday (excluding federal holidays). After you apply, please allow three business days for your loan status to appear. Your user name and password will be provided by postal mail. This user name and password will be different from the user name and password you may have created to save your application and will only log you in to your loan status. As a reminder, your log in is case-sensitive.
